FRIDAYS, Brisbane’s legendary riverside rooftop bar, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager with a strong focus on entertainment to lead our team and keep the party alive. This is your chance to take the reins of one of the city’s most vibrant venues — and keep the good times rolling.

We're seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience at a premium level. A VM who can execute activations, build strong relationships with DJs & promoters, and is keen to develop their team.

As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace
