Nestled in Brisbane’s leafy western suburbs, The Kenmore is a stylish and welcoming local that delivers elevated pub classics, beautiful function spaces, and exceptional service.

We’re on the lookout for passionate and reliable chefs to join our kitchen team as we head into a busy period.

We’re Hiring:
Chef de Partie (Full-Time) – Someone confident on pans, grill, or larder, who can lead a section and maintain quality and pace
Commis Chef (Casual) – A developing chef with solid basics and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

  • A love for quality food and consistent presentation
  • Calm and collaborative under pressure
  • Reliable and flexible with availability (nights/weekends)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Experience in high-volume pub/bistro settings is a bonus
