Open seven days a week, our large bistro is the centrepiece of the venue — serving up a vibrant, seasonal menu in a relaxed community setting.

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, career-driven Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen and bring fresh energy to the menu and team. You’ll be hands-on in service, take pride in delivering consistent quality, and know how to build a positive, motivated team culture.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
• A genuine passion for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Creativity and innovation in menu development
• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met
• Drive menu creation, costing, and seasonal updates
• Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls efficiently
• Lead, train, and develop a cohesive kitchen team
• Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and the community
