Cellar & Yard Attendant – Royal Mail Hotel

Apply now Job no: 526052
Work type: Part time - Salaried, Salaried
Location: Sunshine Coast
Categories: Food and Beverage, Maintenance

Full-Time or Part-Time | Start your day with purpose!

We’re looking for a hands-on legend to join the team at Royal Mail Hotel — someone who takes pride in keeping the venue running smoothly, inside and out!

As our Cellar & Yard Attendant, you’ll kick off your mornings in the fresh air — setting up the venue from 7am, watering gardens, and keeping our outdoor areas looking their best. Once the doors open, you’ll switch gears to manage the cellar — maintaining beer lines, handling deliveries, and making sure everything is ready for a seamless service.

It’s the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety and a balance of outdoor and cellar work.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces
  • Manage cellar operations, stock movement, and beer line cleaning
  • Assist with general maintenance and venue setup
  • Support the team to keep the venue looking and running at its best

What we’re looking for:

  • A motivated all-rounder who enjoys hands-on work

  • Someone with great attention to detail and initiative

  • Early morning availability (7am starts)

  • Driver’s licence (forklift licence a plus!)

Full-time or part-time options available – this could be one combined role or two separate positions depending on experience.

Come join the Royal Mail Hotel crew and be part of a team that takes pride in every detail – from the garden beds to the beer taps.
