  • Proven experience as a head chef or strong sous chef ready to step up
  • A hands-on mentor who trains, develops, and motivates others
  • Strong communicator who fosters teamwork and respect
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Creative flair for menu development and presentation
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and driving results

What You’ll Bring

  • Expertise in menu costing, stock management, and wastage control
  • Ability to design menus that balance innovation, consistency, and pub appeal
  • Experience overseeing large-scale events and functions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and operational efficiencies
  • Strong understanding of rostering, budgets, and compliance
  • Proficiency in kitchen and restaurant systems
