Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, driven Sous Chef to join our team. If you love leading a kitchen, mentoring a crew, and bringing creative energy to the pass, this could be your next great move!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to step up and run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef 
  • Experience with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and efficient kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with restaurant software, POS, and compliance standards
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding meals and hitting sales goals
  • A love for engaging with the local community and making an impact
