We’re on the lookout for energetic and passionate Bartenders and Floor Staff to join the team at the Telegraph Hotel, right in the heart of Hobart.

If you love hospitality, thrive in a busy venue, and enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team — we want to hear from you!

Current Opportunities:

Bartenders

  • Strong bar experience preferred, but solid basic knowledge also welcome
  • Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • RSA certification required
  • Great attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail

Floor Staff

  • Experience in hospitality preferred but not essential (attitude is the key!)
  • Positive, professional, and guest-focused approach
  • Reliable and available for nights and weekends
  • Training and support provided
