Join us at Boomerang Hotel Mackay — now transformed with a fresh, modern bistro, beer garden, and upgraded kitchen space. We’re looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to deliver our pub-style classics with flair and consistency.

About the Role:
You’ll work under the Sous/Head Chef to produce high quality dishes across lunch and dinner service, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure smooth operations in our busy, recently revamped venue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the kitchen brigade
  • Strong attention to detail in food prep, presentation and consistency
  • Experience managing a section, maintaining stock, food safety and hygiene standards
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced pub and bistro environment
