Trinity Beach Tavern is a cornerstone of the North Queensland hospitality scene, known for its stunning beachfront views, exceptional service, and vibrant atmosphere. As we prepare for another bustling summer season, we’re excited to announce that our venue is expanding! To support this growth, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $75,000 - $77,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
